Common use of Repairs-Minor and Major Clause in Contracts

Repairs-Minor and Major. The Xxxxxx Public Schools have a contract agreement with the proper repair facility relative to the repair and maintenance of all Xxxxxx Transportation Vehicles. Minor and major repairs will be made by the repair facility as reported by the bus driver’s discrepancy report as indicated in (2) above.
