Common use of Repayment of Advance Payments Clause in Contracts

Repayment of Advance Payments. If this Agreement is terminated with regard to any Aircraft by Buyer under this Article, Boeing will repay to Buyer, without interest, any advance payments received by Boeing from Buyer with respect to such Aircraft. P.A. 1947 11-1 K/WPA

Repayment of Advance Payments. If this Agreement is terminated with regard respect to any Aircraft (i) by Buyer under this ArticleArticle 6.2, (ii) by Buyer under Article 11, or (iii) by failure of Buyer to provide Boeing will with written notice pursuant to Article 6.4, then Boeing shall promptly repay to Buyer, without interest, any advance payments received by Boeing from Buyer here under with respect to such Aircraftany Aircraft so terminated. P.A. 1947 11-1 K/WPAIf this Agreement is terminated by Boeing under Article 6.2, then Boeing shall promptly repay to Buyer with interest any advance payments received by Boeing from Buyer hereunder with respect to any Aircraft so terminated.
