Repayment of Excess Payments. Where excess payments are made in circumstances which were not apparent or could not reasonably have been expected to be detected by the Employee, the relevant parties shall seek agreement on the matter of the overpayment and its repayment including, when necessary and appropriate, discussion between the relevant union and relevant Employer representatives.
