Repayment of Relocation Reimbursement. 22 Employees who have been provided with a Qualified Moving Expense (QME) 23 Reimbursement described in Multnomah County Administrative Procedure FIN-17 or its 24 successor, must repay the disbursed reimbursement to the County if the employee 25 voluntarily terminates County employment prior to the passage of one (1) full year.
