REPAYMENT OF UNSPENT FUNDING. 7.1If the Post Completion Report discloses, or HRC discovers, that the actual expenditure by the Research Provider on the Research Activity is more than $10,000 less than the Funding that has been paid by HRC, the Research Provider shall refund an amount equivalent to the underspend to HRC as soon as possible after completion or termination, but in no event later than 3 months from the termination or Completion Date.
