Replacement Notes Certificates Receipts Coupons and Talons. 9.1 Replacement Lost, stolen, mutilated, defaced or destroyed Notes, Receipts, Coupons or Talons may be replaced at the specified office of the Fiscal Agent (in the case of Bearer Notes, Receipts, Coupons or Talons) and the Registrar (in the case of Certificates) or such other Paying Agent or Transfer Agent, as the case may be, from time to time designated by the relevant Issuer for the purpose. The Fiscal Agent (in the case of Bearer Notes) and the Registrar (in the case of Registered Notes and each in such capacity, the “Replacement Agent”), shall issue replacement Bearer Notes, Certificates, Receipts, Coupons and Talons in accordance with the Conditions.
