Common use of Replacement of Carts and Bins Clause in Contracts

Replacement of Carts and Bins. CONTRACTOR’S employees shall 786 take care to prevent damage to Carts or Bins by unnecessary rough treatment. However, 787 any Cart or Bin damaged by the CONTRACTOR shall be replaced by the CONTRACTOR, 788 at the CONTRACTOR'S expense, within one (1) Work Day at no cost or inconvenience to 789 the Service Recipient. Replacement Carts and Bins are to be cleaned and/or sanitized prior 790 to distribution to a Service Unit.
