Replacement of Exhibits. SECTION 3.2
Replacement of Exhibits. Exhibits X, X, X, X, X, X, X, X, X, X and K to the Purchase Agreement are replaced in their entirety by Exhibits X, X, X, X, X, X, X, X, X, X and K attached hereto, respectively.
Replacement of Exhibits. 1.1. The Parties hereby agree to update the amounts provided for in Exhibits 6.2 and 6.3 of the Share Purchase Agreement, which are hereby replaced by Exhibit I and Exhibit II respectively to this 1st Amendment, and in Exhibit 6.2A of the Share Purchase Agreement, which is hereby replaced by Schedule I to the 1st Amendment to the Loan Agreements to be executed between the Company and the Seller on this date (“1st Amendment to the Loan Agreements”).
Replacement of Exhibits. Exhibit I and II are amended in their entirety to read as set forth in Exhibits I and II to this Amendment.
Replacement of Exhibits. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein,) Exhibits G, H and I may be replaced in accordance with the terms of Section 9.24.
Replacement of Exhibits. Exhibit 2.2, Exhibit 2.4(e)-1, Exhibit 2.4(e)-2 and Exhibit 12.6(6) of the Existing Credit Agreement are hereby deleted in their entireties and a new Exhibit 2.2, Exhibit 2.4(e)-1, Exhibit 2.4(e)-2 and Exhibit 12.6(6), are attached hereto and are substituted therefor.
Replacement of Exhibits. Exhibits 1.2, 1.2(2), 1.2(3) and 5.14 to the Agreement are each hereby deleted, and replacement Exhibits in the forms attached hereto shall be substituted in their entirety for the respective exhibits so replaced.
Replacement of Exhibits. A-1 through A-6. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Amendment, Exhibits A-1, A-2, A-3, A-4, A-5 and A-6 of xxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxment are hereby replaced with the Exhibits A-1, A-2, A-3, A-4, A-5 and A-6 atxxxxxx xxxxxx.
Replacement of Exhibits. Exhibit A and Exhibit B to the Existing Warrant Agreement shall be deleted and replaced with Exhibit A and Exhibit B to this Agreement.
