XXXXXX XXXXXMENT. This Agreement embodies the entire agreement and understanding between the parties hereto, and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings relating to this Agreement's subject matter. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be deemed to be an original, but such counterparts shall, together, constitute only one instrument.
XXXXXX XXXXXMENT. This Agreement and the attachments hereto constitute the complete terms and conditions between the Bank and HFSI covering performance hereunder. Any modifications, supplements or terminations may be made only by a written instrument executed by both parties. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey and the United States of America, as applicable.
XXXXXX XXXXXMENT. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement of the parties and supersedes any prior understandings, agreements or representations between the parties, written or oral, to the extent they related in any way to the subject matter of this Agreement.
XXXXXX XXXXXMENT. This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, including an agreement dated and approved on February 11, 1997, and any other agreements written or oral, with respect thereto.

This Agreement, including all schedules and exhibits hereto, which schedules or exhibits are incorporated herein by reference and deemed to be a part of this Agreement, constitutes the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and may not be modified, amended or terminated except by a written instrument specifically referring to this Agreement signed by all the parties hereto.
XXXXXX XXXXXMENT. This Agreement, together with the Purchase Agreement, the First Amendment and any document referenced herein or therein, constitutes the entire agreement of the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof and may not be modified or amended except in writing.

This Agreement contains the entire understanding between the parties hereto with respect to the transactions contemplated hereby, and may not be amended, modified, or altered except by an instrument in writing signed by the party against whom such amendment, modification, or alteration is sought to be enforced.

It is the intention of the Parties that this contract be binding on the Parties upon signing, and that this Contract embodies the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof and shall supersede all other agreements, assurances, conditions, covenants, or terms relating hereto, whether written or oral or antecedent or contemporaneous with the execution hereof. There are no covenants implied by or under this Contract, other than those of good faith and fair dealing. This contract may be modified or amended only by an instrument in writing signed by both parties.
XXXXXX XXXXXMENT. This Agreement constitutes the entxxx xxxxxxxxxxing between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, superseding all negotiations, prior discussions and preliminary agreements. 10.03
XXXXXX XXXXXMENT. This Agreement, the other Trxxxxxxxxx Xxxxments, the Guaranty and the Pledge Agreement entered into concurrently herewith embody the entire agreement and understanding between ARTRA, Fill-Mor and Westminster and supersede all prior agreements and understandings relating to the subject matter hereof and thereof. This Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby are not contingent upon, and shall not be affected by, any other transaction on similar terms being entered into by ARTRA with any person or entity concurrently or substantially concurrently with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
