The Contractor must then provide replacement staff or subcontractors satisfactory to the County in a timely manner and at no additional cost to the County. The day-to-day supervision and control of the Contractor's and its subcontractors’ employees is the sole responsibility of the Contractor. The Contractor may not replace key personnel or subcontractors identified in its proposal, including the approved Project Manager, without the County’s written approval. The Contractor must submit any request to remove or replace key personnel or subcontractors to the County Project Officer at least 15 calendar days in advance of the proposed action. The request must contain a detailed justification, including identification of the proposed replacement and his or her qualifications. If the approved Project Manager must be absent for an extended period, the Contractor must provide an interim Project Manager, subject to the County’s written approval. If the approved Project Manager resigns or is terminated by the Contractor, the Contractor will replace the Project Manager with an individual with similar qualifications and experience, subject to the County’s written approval.
