Replacement of Providers. Upon the request of the School District, the Consultant shall replace any individual provider providing services to the School District with another qualified provider acceptable to the School District.
Replacement of Providers. Service Provider will be entitled upon notification to Customer and prior written consent by Customer, which consent will not be unreasonably withheld, to replace and substitute service providers under Assigned Agreements, either on renewal of such agreements, or prior to renewal upon the default of the service provider under the Assigned Agreement or other similar reason for early termination of an Assigned Agreement by Service Provider. All contracts with replacement providers shall be freely transferable to Customer. Customer may replace or substitute service providers under Managed Agreements at any time, in its discretion.
Replacement of Providers. VHS shall have the right to add to, replace or substitute any of its Provider’s at any time.
