Common use of Replacement of Windows Clause in Contracts

Replacement of Windows. To pay to or reimburse the Landlord the cost of replacing all broken or damaged windows or glass whether the same be broken or damaged by the negligence of the Tenant or owing to circumstances beyond the control of the Tenant.

Replacement of Windows. To pay to or reimburse the Landlord the cost of replacing all broken or damaged windows or glass including the curtain wall glazing of the Premises (or elsewhere if used exclusively by the Tenant) whether or not the same be broken or damaged by the negligence of the Tenant or owing to circumstances beyond the control of the Tenant.
