Replacement Procedure for Hardware System Components and System. Disks For the replacement of failed System Components subject to Service and Software Subscription, Customer shall give a Notification to NetApp and Q Associates (via the applicable NetApp automated notification system) of a failure event and upon confirmation by NetApp Global Service Center (“NetApp GSC”), NetApp shall issue a Return Material Authorization (“RMA”) number and shipping instructions to Customer. NetApp’s outbound shipment shall include a waybill and may include reusable packaging for the Customer to return the failed Hardware. Q Associates shall bear all reasonable shipping costs for shipment in accordance with its instructions as well as shipment costs of any replacement System Disks or System Components. Customer’s obligations under such RMA procedures include:
