Report Formats, Submissions, and Timelines. The grantee shall provide to OOG all applicable reports in a format and method specified by OOG. The grantee shall ensure that it submits each report or document required by OOG in an accurate, complete, and timely manner to OOG or the Federal sponsoring agency, as specified by this Grant Agreement or OOG, and will maintain appropriate backup documentation to support the reports. Unless filing dates are given herein, all other reports and other documents that the grantee is required to forward to OOG shall be promptly forwarded.
