REPORT OF PROGRESS. The BUYER is entitled to require the SELLER to report once a month on condition of progress as to the construction of the VESSEL whenever the BUYER requires during the construction of the VESSEL. Any such report shall be at the sole cost and expense of the SELLER. And the SELLER shall provide the BUYER with a schedule of activities such as steel cutting, prefabrication, erection, outfitting, and key-event dates such as keel-laying, launching, etc.
