Said report shall be submitted to the County no later than September 30, 2021.

Border Region Behavioral Health Center (MHMR Community Center), shall submit a detailed annual report to the County Auditor with copy of same to the County Treasurer, which shall identify the services delivered and expenses incurred under this agreement. CONTRACTOR shall submit Cost Reports for Period One and Period Two, or for a 1010 portion thereof, no later than sixty (60) calendar days following the period for which 111 1212 they are prepared or termination of this Agreement. In the event CONTRACTOR has multiple Agreements for Period One and Period Two, or for a portion thereof, for mental health services that are administered by ADMINISTRATORHCA, consolidation of the individual Cost Reports into a single consolidated Cost Report may be required, as stipulated by ADMINISTRATOR. CONTRACTOR shall submit a consolidated Cost Report to COUNTY no later than five (5) business days following approval by ADMINISTRATOR of all individual Cost Reports to be incorporated into a consolidated Cost Report.
