Habitat for Humanity. VIII.B.1.o. Earth Share of Ohio VIII.B.2. Approval will be considered for new deductions if a minimum of twelve (12) employees exists. If all employees discontinue deductions in an existing program, renewal of deductions will resume when the minimums stated above are met. If new payroll deduction programs and/or amounts are requested the employee shall inform to Office of Human Resources. Habitat for Humanity. Contractor agrees to complete the requirements for the Habitat for Humanity Certified Contractor Program, as contained herein. Upon completion of such requirements, Contractor shall receive a certification recognizing it as a GAF Habitat for Humanity Certified Contractor and Contractor shall be recognized on the Contractor Locator on XXX.xxx as a GAF Habitat for Humanity Certified Contractor. The certification as a GAF Habitat for Humanity Certified Contractor is valid for one year and may be renewed yearly.
Habitat for Humanity. This Affordable Housing Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between Habitat for Humanity of Taos Inc., 000 Xxxxxxx Xxxx, Taos, New Mexico, 87571, a not for profit corporation organized and existing under the Laws of the State of New Mexico (hereinafter "the Qualifying Grantee") for an affordable housing project proposed by the Qualifying Grantee in the Town of Taos, New Mexico (hereinafter “Project” or "the Project"), and the Town of Taos, New Mexico (hereinafter “Town” or "the Town"), a municipal corporation organized and existing under the Laws of the State of New Mexico.

Habitat for Humanity. Habitat for Humanity will be picking up household items, such as furniture and household items in good condition. Mattresses will not be accepted.
Habitat for Humanity. Prior to the Feasibility Deadline, Xxxxxx and Habitat for Humanity of La Pine and Sunriver (“Habitat”) shall enter into a binding agreement for the transfer of approximately 2 acres in each of Quadrant 2A and Quadrant 2D, which such location and size shall be mutually agreed upon by Xxxxxx and Habitat (the “Habitat Lots”) from Xxxxxx to Habitat, which such transfer shall occur within 90 days following completion of horizontal development of the Property and recording of the Final Plat. All terms associated with such transfer, including, but not limited to, the location of the Habitat Lots and all obligations relating to the transfer, shall be addressed in the binding agreement entered into between Xxxxxx and Habitat and shall be in a form mutually agreeable to both parties. Seller shall have absolutely no involvement with and/or approval rights over the binding agreement entered into between Xxxxxx and Habitat.
