Habitat for Humanity. Contractor agrees to complete the requirements for the Habitat for Humanity Certified Contractor Program, as contained herein. Upon completion of such requirements, Contractor shall receive a certification recognizing it as a GAF Habitat for Humanity Certified Contractor and Contractor shall be recognized on the Contractor Locator on XXX.xxx as a GAF Habitat for Humanity Certified Contractor. The certification as a GAF Habitat for Humanity Certified Contractor is valid for one year and may be renewed yearly.

Habitat for Humanity. Prior to the Feasibility Deadline, Xxxxxx and Habitat for Humanity of La Pine and Sunriver (“Habitat”) shall enter into a binding agreement for the transfer of approximately 2 acres in each of Quadrant 2A and Quadrant 2D, which such location and size shall be mutually agreed upon by Xxxxxx and Habitat (the “Habitat Lots”) from Xxxxxx to Habitat, which such transfer shall occur within 90 days following completion of horizontal development of the Property and recording of the Final Plat. All terms associated with such transfer, including, but not limited to, the location of the Habitat Lots and all obligations relating to the transfer, shall be addressed in the binding agreement entered into between Xxxxxx and Habitat and shall be in a form mutually agreeable to both parties. Seller shall have absolutely no involvement with and/or approval rights over the binding agreement entered into between Xxxxxx and Habitat.
