These Mental Health Services must be consistent with goals of learning and development, 24 as well as independent living and enhanced self-sufficiency. In addition, these services cannot be 25 provided as a component of adult residential services, crisis residential treatment services, crisis 26 intervention, crisis stabilization, day rehabilitation, or day treatment intensive. Service activities may 27 include, but are not limited to: assessment, plan development, rehabilitation, and collateral.
