Mental health services means an individual or a group therapy and intervention being 22 provided to Clients that is designed to reduce mental disability and restores or improves daily 23 functioning. These Mental Health Services must be consistent with goals of learning and development, 24 as well as independent living and enhanced self-sufficiency. In addition, these services cannot be 25 provided as a component of adult residential services, crisis residential treatment services, crisis 26 intervention, crisis stabilization, day rehabilitation, or day treatment intensive. Service activities may 27 include, but are not limited to: assessment, plan development, rehabilitation, and collateral. Also, 28 Mental Health Services may be either Face-to-Face Contact, or by telephone with Clients or significant 29 support individuals, and services may be provided anywhere in the community.
