The type of reports may include but are not limited to: Field and laboratory assessment reports . Results of the analysis of performance evaluation samples. Field documentation including instrument calibration and quality control samples prepared and analyzed . Notifications of non -conforming conditions and corrective actions. The personnel responsible and the type of reports required to document audit findings , evaluations, assessments, corrective actions, and quality control results shall be identified in the facility -specific work plan .
