Report to Management. Results of project oversight and assessment activities will be reported to project management at a frequency specified in the facility -specific work plan . The type of reports may include but are not limited to:  Field and laboratory assessment reports .  Results of the analysis of performance evaluation samples.  Field documentation including instrument calibration and quality control samples prepared and analyzed .  Notifications of non -conforming conditions and corrective actions. The personnel responsible and the type of reports required to document audit findings , evaluations, assessments, corrective actions, and quality control results shall be identified in the facility -specific work plan .
