Reporting and Disclosure. The Plan Administrator shall file or cause to be filed with the appropriate offices of the Internal Revenue Service and the Department of Labor all reports, returns, notices and other information required under ERISA, the Code, or applicable regulations and shall provide the Participants and their Beneficiaries, and any alternate payees with such information as may be required by ERISA, the Code, or any applicable regulations.
