The Contractor shall maintain regular contact, (daily if deemed necessary by the Deputy Authority’s Representative), with the Deputy Authority’s Representative to discuss progress. The Contractor shall also attend ad hoc meetings and provide ad hoc reports when requested by the customer. A formal review of performance will take place following the completion of all deliverables related to the contract, and the Contractor shall be required to provide a final report detailing the delivery of the Service as well as achievements, targets met, and lessons learned.
