REPORTING DURING DISTRICT-WIDE SHUTDOWNS. 20-1. The District shall issue annually a memorandum indicating which Bargaining Unit Members shall be considered Essential Employees for the purposes of District-wide shutdowns. A District-wide shutdown is an available work day on the District calendar that is not a defined Holiday under Article 13 of this Agreement that the District is closed and only Essential Employees may be required to report (including weather-related closures, energy savings days, and other emergency or non-emergency closures).
