Reporting Incidents. 3.1 All incidents and activities which affects or may affect the provision of janitorial services and the health, security and safety of UPM-PGH constituents, guests, and patients as well as properties within their service areas shall be reported immediately to their supervisors and to the UPM Police or Security Services as may be appropriate.
