Independent Audit The Grantee shall submit, in a format specified by the department, the independent financial compliance audit prepared by an independent Certified Public Accountant for the previous fiscal year. The audit shall follow the General Grant Requirements of Sections VIII (F) and (G) and be submitted no later than March 1 of the current fiscal year.
Independent Audits The Department staff shall review annual independent audits for adherence to generally accepted auditing principles and to the Department’s audit instructions. Incomplete or incorrect audits may be returned to the Grantee for correction.
Financial Statement Audit If, during its fiscal year, Grantee expends less than $750,000 in Federal Awards, Grantee is subject to the following audit requirements:
Financial Management; Financial Reports; Audits 1. The Recipient shall ensure that a financial management system is maintained in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.07 of the Standard Conditions.
Auditor 28.2.1 The Department (in accordance with Post-16 audit code of practice - XXX.XX (xxx.xxx.xx)), the European Commission, the European Court of Auditors and/or a Crown Body may at any time conduct audits for the following purposes:-

The Project Implementing Entity shall monitor and evaluate the progress of its activities under the Project and prepare Project Reports in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.08(b) of the General Conditions and on the basis of indicators agreed with the Bank. Independent Engineer Contractor shall cooperate with Independent Engineer in the conduct of his or her duties in relation to the Project and the Work, including the duties listed in Attachment CC. No review, approval or disapproval by Independent Engineer shall serve to reduce or limit the liability of Contractor to Owner under this Agreement.
Financial Management, Financial Reports and Audits 1. The Recipient shall maintain or cause to be maintained a financial management system in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.09 of the General Conditions.
Project Monitoring Reporting and Evaluation The Recipient shall furnish to the Association each Project Report not later than forty-five (45) days after the end of each calendar semester, covering the calendar semester.
Final Audit Report Contractor shall promptly submit to the State a copy of any final audit report of an audit performed on Contractor’s records that relates to or affects this Contract or the Work, whether the audit is conducted by Contractor or a third party.
