MoEngage has an incident classification scale in place to decide whether a security/privacy event should be classified as an Information Security Incident or Data breach. The classification scale is based on the impact and extent of an incident or breach. ● Response Process. MoEngage maintains a record of Information Security Incidents and Data Breaches with a description of the incident/breach, the effect of the incident/breach, the name of the reporter and to whom the incident/breach was reported, the procedure for rectifying the incident/breach, and the remedial action taken to prevent future security incidents/data breaches.
