Privacy Event definition

Privacy Event means any act, error or omission which, in the reasonable opinion of the named insured did cause or is reasonably likely to result in the unauthorized disclosure or the unauthorized use of protected information.
Privacy Event means a breach of confidentiality, infringement, or violation of any right to privacy including, but not limited to, a breach of your privacy policy, breach of a person’s right of publicity, false light, intrusion upon a person’s seclusion, or public disclosure of a person’s private information.
Privacy Event means an unauthorized disclosure or loss ofPersonal Information” in the care, custody or control of any “Insured”.

Privacy Event means any act, error or omission which, in the reasonable opinion of an owner, manager of any limited liability entity, member of the Management Committee, Managing Partner, Operating Partner, Senior Partner (or any equivalent position) or Risk Manager (or any equivalent position) did cause or is reasonably likely to result in the unauthorized disclosure or the unauthorized use of non-public personal information.
Privacy Event means an unauthorized disclosure or loss of:
Privacy Event means: 1. the Insured's unintentional and unauthorized disclosure or loss of Personal Information or Corporate Information in the care, custody or control of any Insured or Service Provider; 2. unauthorized or surreptitious collection of Personal Information or Corporate Information by an Insured or the failure to provide adequate notice that such information is being collected; or 3. a violation of any Privacy Regulation or failure to comply with the Insured's own privacy policies.
Privacy Event means the potential or actual unauthorized access to or improper release of Personal Information or Confidential Information.
Privacy Event means any failure to protect confidential information (whether by “phishing,” other social engineering technique or otherwise) including, without limitation, that which results in an identity theft or other wrongful emulation of the identity of an individual or corporation; violation of any federal, state, foreign or local privacy statute alleged in connection with a Claim for Damages, judgments, settlements, pre-judgment and post-judgment interest.
Privacy Event means the following occurring on or after the Retroactive Date and prior to the end of the Policy Period:

  • Emergency Event means any situation arising from sudden and reasonably unforeseen natural disaster such as earthquake, flood, fire, or other acts of God, or other unforeseen events beyond the control of drayage truck owners and operators that threatens public health and safety or the reasonable flow of goods movement.

  • Delinquency Event A Delinquency Event shall have occurred with respect to any Distribution Date if the Rolling Three Month Delinquency Rate as of the last day of the immediately preceding calendar month equals or exceeds 53.00% of the Senior Enhancement Percentage for such Distribution Date.

  • Incipient Event of Termination means an event that but for notice or lapse of time or both would constitute an Event of Termination.

  • Default Event means the occurrence of any of the following events:

  • Cybersecurity Event means any act or attempt, successful or, to the extent known by Provider, unsuccessful, to gain unauthorized access to, disrupt or misuse an Information System or Nonpublic Information stored on such Information System. The ongoing existence and occurrence of attempted but Unsuccessful Security Incidents shall not constitute a Cybersecurity Event under this definition. “Unsuccessful Security Incidents” are activities such as pings and other broadcast attacks on Provider’s firewall, port scans, unsuccessful log-on attempts, denials of service and any combination of the above, so long as no such incident results in unauthorized access, use or disclosure of Molina Nonpublic Information or sustained interruption of service obligations to Molina.

  • Derivative Provider Trigger Event means (i) an Event of Default with respect to which Party A is a Defaulting Party, (ii) a Termination Event with respect to which Party A is the sole Affected Party or (iii) an Additional Termination Event with respect to which Party A is the sole Affected Party.

Any indication, evidence, or other security documentation that the Contractor’s network resources, including, but not limited to, software, network routers, firewalls, database and application servers, intrusion detection systems or other security appliances, may have been damaged, modified, taken over by proxy, or otherwise compromised, for which Contractor cannot refute the indication of the time the Contractor became aware of such indication; c. A breach of the security of the Contractor’s information system(s) by unauthorized acquisition, including, but not limited to, access to or use, disclosure, modification or destruction, of unencrypted computerized data and which incident materially compromises the security, confidentiality, or integrity of the PHI; and or, d. The unauthorized acquisition, including but not limited to access to or use, disclosure, modification or destruction, of unencrypted PHI or other confidential information of the County by an employee or authorized user of Contractor’s system(s) which materially compromises the security, confidentiality, or integrity of PHI or other confidential information of the County. If data acquired (including but not limited to access to or use, disclosure, modification or destruction of such data) is in encrypted format but the decryption key which would allow the decoding of the data is also taken, the parties shall treat the acquisition as a breach for purposes of determining appropriate response.

  • Event of Noncompliance has the meaning set forth in the Certificate of Designation.

  • Servicer Event of Termination One or more of the events described in Section 7.01.

  • Fall Away Event means such time as the Notes shall have an Investment Grade Rating and the Company shall have delivered to the Trustee an Officers’ Certificate certifying that the foregoing condition has been satisfied.

  • Covered Event means any event or occurrence related to the fact that Indemnitee is or was a director, officer, employee, agent or fiduciary of the Company, or any subsidiary of the Company, or is or was serving at the request of the Company as a director, officer, employee, agent or fiduciary of another corporation, partnership, joint venture, trust or other enterprise, or by reason of any action or inaction on the part of Indemnitee while serving in such capacity.
