Reporting Information to the Association. By October 31 each year, the University will provide the Association with a complete summary accounting of the income and expenses over the last fiscal year, if any, related to the exploitation of intellectual property (per Article 25.3). The Association will have access to information under the University’s control required to verify compliance with this Article.
