Reporting Injuries. 1. An employee shall report as soon as possible to his Supervisor, Department Head, or to the Human Resources Manager any on-the-job injury regardless of the extent of the injury. Without good cause, failure to report an injury immediately is a violation of City policy and the employee may be subject to disciplinary action.
