Reporting on Utilization of Subject Inventions. Upon request, Subcontractor agrees to submit, during the term of this Subcontractor, periodic reports no more frequently than annually on the utilization of a Subject Invention or on efforts at obtaining such utilization that are being made by the Subcontractor or its licensees or assignees. Such reports shall include information regarding the status of development, date of first commercial sale or use, gross royalties received by Subcontractor and such other data and information as the Government may reasonably specify. Subcontractor also agrees to provide additional reports as may be requested by the Government in connection with any march-in proceedings undertaken by the Government in accordance with Paragraph (j) of this Section 10. Consistent with 35 U.S.C. § 205, the Government agrees it shall not disclose such information to persons outside the Government without the permission of the Subcontractor.

  • Reporting on Utilization of Subject Inventions 1. The Performer agrees to submit, during the term of the Agreement, an annual report on the utilization of a subject invention or on efforts at obtaining such utilization that are being made by the Performer or its licensees or assignees. Such reports shall include information regarding the status of development, date of first commercial sale or use, gross royalties received by the Performer, and such other data and information as the agency may reasonably specify. The Performer also agrees to provide additional reports as may be requested by DARPA in connection with any march-in proceedings undertaken by DARPA in accordance with Paragraph I of this Article. DARPA agrees it shall not disclose such information to persons outside the Government without permission of the Performer, unless required by law.

  • REPORTING AND CALL BACK TIME 11.1 Reporting time pay is contained in the Appendices attached to and forming part of this Agreement.

  • Requirement to Utilize HUB Compliance Reporting System Pursuant to Texas Administrative Code, Title 34, Part 1, Sections 20.285(f) and 20.287(b), TFC administers monthly administration HSP-PAR compliance monitoring through its HUB Compliance Reporting System commonly known as B2G. PSP and PSP’s subcontractors/subconsultants shall submit required PAR information into the B2G system. Any delay in the timely submission of PAR information into the B2G system will be treated as an invoicing error subject to dispute under Texas Government Code Section 2251.042.

  • Implementation of and Reporting on the Project A. The Grantee shall implement and complete the Project in accordance with Exhibit A and with the plans and specifications contained in its Grant Application, which is on file with the State and is incorporated by reference. Modification of the Project shall require prior written approval of the State.
