REPORTING/RECORD-KEEPING REQUIREMENTS. The Contractor shall comply with the reporting and record-keeping requirements in the manner and time established by the Ordinance, the policies and procedure promulgated thereunder, and the Contract Compliance Director. Failure to comply with such reporting and record-keeping requirements may result in a declaration of Contract default.
