Common use of REPORTING/RECORD-KEEPING REQUIREMENTS Clause in Contracts

REPORTING/RECORD-KEEPING REQUIREMENTS. The Consultant shall comply with the reporting and record-keeping requirements in the manner and time established by the Ordinance, the policies and procedure promulgated thereunder, and the Contract Compliance Director. Failure to comply with such reporting and record-keeping requirements may result in a declaration of Contract default. Upon award of a Contract, a Consultant shall acquire and utilize all Cook County reporting and record-keeping forms and methods which are made available by the Office of Contract Compliance. MBE and WBE firms shall be required to verify payments made by and received from the prime Consultant.
