Reporting Violations. a) When appropriate, faculty members will submit timely written communication to their immediate supervisor any condition that comes to their attention that may, in their judgment, pose a threat to the health or safety of any person associated with the District. b) The District shall investigate allegations of health and safety violations and take appropriate actions in a timely manner to correct the condition found to be unhealthy or unsafe. c) In the event a District administrator knows, through appropriate documentation, that a student may pose a serious threat to the safety of the faculty members or other students, the District shall, to the extent of the law, provide timely notification to the faculty member about the possible safety threat.
