Health Assessment. To obtain an assessment of your health or obtain an opinion about when you will be able to return to work the employer may, at its expense, require you to undergo a medical examination by a doctor nominated by the employer after consultation with you. Where practicable, the employee will be offered a choice about which doctor they are assessed by.

Health Assessment the ANAO will provide annually, at no expense to the staff member, access on a voluntary basis to a health assessment.
Health Assessment. Any inmate incarcerated for fourteen days or longer shall be given a physical health assessment by a physician or physician assistant. The results of the assessment shall be recorded and kept in the inmate's medical record along with the inmate's medical intake screening form.
