Common use of Reporting Clause in Contracts

Reporting. Within 45 calendar days of receiving OCR’s approval of the proposed Corrective Action Plan, the Recipient will submit to OCR the approved Corrective Action Plan, and documentation establishing that the approved Corrective Action Plan is being implemented according to the approved schedule. Reports will be due every six months thereafter until the Corrective Action Plan has been completed.

Reporting. Reports will be due every six 3 months thereafter until the Corrective Action Plan has been completed.

Reporting. Within 45 calendar days of receiving OCR’s approval of the proposed Corrective Action Plan, the Recipient APHB will submit to OCR the approved Corrective Action Plan, and documentation establishing that the approved Corrective Action Plan is being implemented according to the approved schedule. Reports will be due every six sixth months thereafter until the Corrective Action Plan has been completed.

Within 45 calendar forty-five (45) days of receiving OCR’s approval of the proposed Corrective Action Plan, the Recipient Division will submit to OCR the approved Corrective Action Plan, and documentation establishing that the approved Corrective Action Plan is being implemented according to the approved schedule. Within 45 calendar 30 days of receiving OCR’s approval of the proposed Corrective Action Planplan, the Recipient will finalize and implement the Action plan. i) Within 45 days of receiving OCR’s approval of the proposed Action plan, the Recipient will submit to OCR the approved Corrective Action Planplan, and documentation establishing that the approved Corrective Action Plan plan is being implemented according to the approved schedule. Reports will be due every six sixth months thereafter until the Corrective Action Plan plan has been completed.
