Reports and Statements to Certificateholders. (a) At least four (4) Business Days prior to each Distribution Date, the Servicer will provide to the Trustee statements, substantially in the form of Exhibit C hereto (each, a "Distribution Date Statement"), and on each Distribution Date, the Trustee shall forward to the Certificateholders such Distribution Date Statement setting forth certain information relating to the Trust and the Certificates.
