Common use of Reports to Certificateholders Clause in Contracts

Reports to Certificateholders. (a) On each Distribution Date, the Trustee shall deliver or cause to be delivered by first class mail to each Certificateholder a written report setting forth the following information, which information the Master Servicer will determine (on the basis of information obtained from the Servicers) and deliver to the Trustee no later than one Business Day prior to such Distribution Date:
