Reports to Oversight Committee. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the Trustee shall report to the Oversight Committee on a regular basis, not less than two (2) times per year, which reports shall include such matters and information as reasonably requested by the Oversight Committee. The Oversight Committee shall keep all such information strictly confidential, except to the extent that the Oversight Committee deems it reasonably necessary to disclose such information to the Bankruptcy Court (in which case, a good faith effort shall be made to file such information under seal).

Reports to Oversight Committee. (a) Within thirty (30) days following the end of each calendar quarter, the Trustee shall provide each member of the Oversight Committee with a reconciliation of actual Trust Expenses paid or incurred during the preceding calendar quarter to the estimated Trust Expenses set forth in the Quarterly Budget for the previous quarter and, from time to time, such other financial information the Oversight Committee may reasonably request.

  • Reports to Owner We will send you a report at least once during each Contract Year.
