Reports to SEC. Promptly upon the filing or sending thereof, a copy of (a) any annual, periodic or special report or registration statement (inclusive of exhibits thereto) filed by the Company or any Subsidiary with the SEC or any securities exchange and (b) any annual, periodic or special report to the Company's shareholders.
Reports to SEC. Notification of each filing and report made by Borrower or any Subsidiary with or to any securities exchange or the Securities and Exchange Commission which are made publicly available. Such notification shall be forwarded electronically to Lender via e-mail at such addresses as Lender shall provide to Borrower and shall indicate where copies of such filings and reports can be obtained electronically (for avoidance of doubt, Borrower will notify Lender of any such filings and reports if electronic means of notification is inoperable). If copies of such documents are not available electronically, notification of the filing of such documents shall still be made, and Borrower shall provide a paper copy of such documents to Lender promptly upon Lender’s request.
Reports to SEC. Promptly upon the filing or sending thereof, copies of any and all regular, periodic or special reports of Borrower or any holding company thereof filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”); copies of any and all registration statements of Borrower or any holding company thereof filed with the SEC; and copies of any and all proxy statements or other written communications made to Stock holders generally.
Reports to SEC. Notification of each filing and report made by the Borrower or any Subsidiary with or to any securities exchange, national quotation service or the Securities and Exchange Commission, promptly upon the filing or making thereof (with copies of such filings and reports promptly provided upon the Agent’s or any Bank’s request).
Reports to SEC. Promptly upon the filing or furnishing thereof, copies of all regular and periodic reports, proxy statements, financial statements, registration statements, prospectuses and other material filed by Borrower or any Subsidiary (or, upon Borrower becoming aware thereof, such material filed with respect to Borrower or any Subsidiary or their securities, e.g., a Schedule 13D or Schedule 13G filed under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 as to Borrower's capital stock by a stockholder thereof) with or to any securities exchange or the Securities and Exchange Commission or any other Governmental Authority or distributed to the stockholders of any such Person and all press releases and other statements made available by Borrower or any Subsidiary to the public concerning material adverse changes or developments in the business of any such Person.
Reports to SEC. Promptly upon their becoming publicly available, copies of any regular and periodic reports filed by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries with the Securities and Exchange Commission or any governmental authority succeeding to any of its functions, which in each case have not been delivered under paragraph (a)(i) or (a)(ii) of this Section 6.01.

Promptly upon the filing or ---------------------------- distribution thereof, a copy of any annual, periodic or special report or registration statement (inclusive of exhibits thereto) filed with the SEC or any securities exchange by the Company, or otherwise publicly available; any report, proxy statement or other communication to the stockholders of the Company or any other Loan Party in their capacity as stockholders; and any press releases of the Company or any other Loan Party.
Reports to SEC. Copies of all public filings required by the Securities and Exchange Commission (including forms 10-K and 10-Q and any proxy statements) within one week of the filing.
Reports to SEC. Promptly upon the filing thereof copies of all registration statements (other than exhibits thereto and any registration statements on Form S-8 or its equivalent) and annual, quarterly, monthly and current reports filed by the Borrower or any of its Material Subsidiaries with or to any securities exchange or the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Reports to SEC. Promptly upon the filing or making thereof, copies of each Form 10-K and Form 10-Q made by the Company with or to the Securities and Exchange Commission.
