Common use of Repositioning of Aircraft Clause in Contracts

Repositioning of Aircraft. In the absence of another flight scheduled on the Aircraft by Executive or another scheduled business trip, the Aircraft may remain at the destination until its next required use. In the event the Aircraft must be repositioned, this Agreement shall be implemented such that all costs of deadhead flights (up to the amount described in Section 3) shall be borne by Executive if such flights are attributable to the personal use of the Aircraft and would be reportable in the Summary Compensation Table for Executive absent reimbursement.
