REPRESENTATION AT EVALUATION MEETINGS. In the event an administrator requires an employee to attend a meeting for the purpose of disciplining said employee, the employee, upon request, may have an Association representative present. The employee shall be given reasonable notice of the reason(s) for such a meeting.
