BULLETIN BOARD, MAIL FACILITIES, AND MAILBOXES. All SEEO members will have their own separate mailboxes. Moreover, the SEEO will have a designated bulletin board in each employee lounge and/or dining room in each school building. The SEEO may use the District’s inter-school mail services for distribution purposes. Each SEEO member will have a secure location to store personal items such as purse and coat. Each SEEO member will be designated a space to store items needed to work with students.
BULLETIN BOARD, MAIL FACILITIES, AND MAILBOXES. The Association shall have the right to use the school mailboxes without U.S. postage to the extent permitted by law.
BULLETIN BOARD, MAIL FACILITIES, AND MAILBOXES. A. The Association may use the employee mailboxes in any BHASED owned/operated facility for communicating meeting notices, conferences, and social gatherings to bargaining unit members. Copies shall be available to the building Administrator and Director upon request. The Employer shall not tamper with sealed paper communications.
B. The Association shall be assigned space on a bulletin board in a central location of each BHASED owned and operated facility for the posting of official Association notices.
C. The Association will have an email address and a physical mailbox designated for its use.
BULLETIN BOARD, MAIL FACILITIES, AND MAILBOXES. 1. The Association shall have the right to distribute printed materials via the employer’s interoffice mail system, including bargaining unit members’ mailboxes. The Board shall not interfere with or censor such Association communications.
2. The Association shall have in each district facility, including the central office and the maintenance building, a bulletin board in each employee lounge or workroom.
3. The Association shall have reasonable use of the District’s facsimile equipment, computer, and electronic mail.
4. The Association shall also have an electronic mailbox in the employer’s electronic mail system.
5. The Association president shall be provided a daily pick-up and delivery point for intra- school mail.

Moreover, the Union may have in each SEDOL- operated school building, a bulletin board provided at Union expense at a location mutually agreed upon by the parties, preferably in the employee center. The Union may use the District’s Inter-School Mail services for distribution purposes. Additionally, the District e-mail system may be utilized for the sole purpose of posting of Association meetings, times and locations and association election dates and locations. Such posting shall be provided to the Superintendent or designee and shall occur three (3) weeks prior to event.

B. The Association shall have the right to use Employee mailboxes for official Association announcements and materials, provided such communication shall not involve any political activity prohibited by State law, including the State Officials and Employees Ethics Act. Any individual flyers/notices regarding local area business issues of a controversial nature shall be provided to the Superintendent or his/her designee(s) prior to distribution. Should there be a difference of opinion as to whether the materials (concerning local area business) are of a controversial nature, the matter must be resolved by the Superintendent or his/her designee(s) and the President of the Association prior to distribution. There shall be no restrictions on any materials concerning negotiations between the Board and the Association. Use of school mail services shall be without U.S. Postage unless otherwise required by the U.S. Postal Service or other appropriate agency or court. Furthermore, the Association shall indemnify and hold harmless the Board from any liability, damages, fines, or other costs arising from the Association's use of such mail service. All use of email or other district electronic resources are subject to the District Acceptable Use Policy. All activities covered by Section 6.9 should take place outside of work hours.

Space for Association-provided bulletin board will be made available for the exclusive use of the Association in each school building for posting notices of activities and other matters of Association concern. The regular District inter- school mail service will be made available to the Association for communication to Employees.
B. Employees shall be assigned an area to house their supplies and equipment. They shall also be provided an area to lock up their valuables as well as a designated area to hang his/her coat.

Moreover, the Association shall have, in each school building, adequate space on a bulletin board in each faculty lounge and/or employees' dining room. The Association shall also be assigned adequate space on the bulletin board in the central office of each school for Association notices. No notices relating to advertising, or for personal profit or gain shall be posted on any central office bulletin board, and notices relating to the sale of articles or soliciting of funds shall be posted on boards only with the approval of the Superintendent. No notice relating to political elections in the public sector shall be posted on any school bulletin boards or placed in any mailbox.
