The SEEO may use the District’s inter-school mail services for distribution purposes. Each SEEO member will have a secure location to store personal items such as purse and coat. Each SEEO member will be designated a space to store items needed to work with students.

Space for Association-provided bulletin board will be made available for the exclusive use of the Association in each school building for posting notices of activities and other matters of Association concern. The regular District inter- school mail service will be made available to the Association for communication to Employees.

  • Facilities and Services The Company shall furnish the Executive with office space, secretarial and support staff, and such other facilities and services as shall be reasonably necessary for the performance of his duties under this Agreement.

  • Utilities and Services Landlord agrees to furnish or cause to be furnished to the Premises the utilities and services described in the Standards for Utilities and Services which are attached hereto as Exhibit “E”, and incorporated herein by this reference (“Standards for Utilities and Services”), subject to the conditions and in accordance with the standards set forth therein. Landlord’s failure to furnish or cause to be furnished any of the foregoing items shall not result in any liability of Landlord. In the event of any such failure, interruption, stoppage or defect, Landlord shall diligently attempt to cause service to be resumed promptly. If Tenant requires or utilizes more water or electrical power than is considered reasonable or normal by Landlord, Landlord may, at its option, require Tenant to pay, as Additional Rent, the cost, as determined by Landlord, of such extraordinary usage. In addition, Landlord may install: (a) separate meter(s) for the Premises at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, in which case Tenant thereafter shall pay all charges of the utility providing such service to the Premises directly to the purveyor thereof or (b) separate submeter(s) for the Premises at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, in which case Tenant thereafter shall pay to Landlord upon demand, an amount equal to the Actual Electrical Costs (defined herein below) for all electrical energy delivered during each month, as measured by such submeter(s), and in either case, the cost of electrical power delivered to rentable space in the Building and Project shall be excluded from Operating Expenses. “
