Employer Recognition. The Union recognizes the right of the Employer to operate and manage its business in all respects except as otherwise specified in this Agreement.
Employer Recognition. The Union acknowledges that the management and directing of employees in the bargaining unit is retained by the Employer, except as this Agreement otherwise specifies.
Employer Recognition. The Union recognizes and agrees that except as specifically modified by this Agreement, all of the rights and powers which the Employer had prior to the signing of this Agreement are retained solely and exclusively by the Employer.
Employer Recognition. The Bargaining Agent, hereby recognizes the City of Xxxxxx as the employer acting by and through its designated City Manager or his/her duly authorized representative.
Employer Recognition. The Association recognizes that the Employer is a public benefit corporation that it was created and exists by virtue of statutory enactment, that it is in the nature of a political subdivision, and that its operations are for the public benefit. By reason thereof, the Association acknowledges that the power of the Employer to enter into this Agreement or any of the provisions thereof is or may be subject to legal limitations, and, in the event all or any part of this Agreement contravenes any statutory or legal requirement or exceeds the lawful powers of the Employer, then, to the extent of such contravention, this Agreement or such of its provisions as are legally objectionable shall be null and void. The parties mutually agree that the nullity of any provision shall not void the remainder of this Agreement, provided, however, that such provisions can be severed from the Agreement without substantially affecting the whole thereof.
Employer Recognition. The NEA-Union County/Teachers’ Association recognizes the School Board of the Union County/College Corner Joint School Board of Education as the school employer.
Employer Recognition. The Employer recognizes that employees are entitled to file and seek resolution of grievances under the provisions of this Article. The Employer agrees not to interfere with, restrain, coerce, or engage in any reprisal against any employee or Union representative for exercising their rights under this Article.
Employer Recognition. The Employer in turn recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive bargaining unit of regular full-time and regular part-time classified employees working within the Napa County Office of Education’s classified service, INCLUDING clerical and secretarial, custodial, transportation, and instructional aides; and EXCLUDING supervisory and confidential employees. The term employee as used hereinafter shall mean a unit member included in the recognized bargaining unit.
Employer Recognition. UDAEA hereby recognizes UDASD as the duly elected representative of the citizens and residents of the Upper Dauphin Area School District as the sole and exclusive representative for collective bargaining.
Employer Recognition. The City Manager or his/her designee is the representative of the City in employer-employee relations, pursuant to the Employer-Employee Resolution # 48-83 adopted November 21, 1983.
