Representation Fees of Non-Members. 1. The Association President shall submit to the Board of Education Secretary's Office a list of names of employees covered by this Agreement who are not current dues-paying employees. The School District in compliance with State Law and This Agreement, will deduct from such member's pay a representation fee equal to eighty-five percent (85%) of the amount set for Association members. (This amount will be determined by the Association's Treasurer, and is to be paid by a payroll deduction.)
