Common use of Representation Lists Clause in Contracts

Representation Lists. The Union agrees to furnish the State with complete written lists of Union representatives including Shop Stewards or alternates and their appropriate and mutually agreed upon grievance districts. The Union further agrees to inform the State through the Office of Employee Relations of any changes and to keep such lists current and correct at all times.

The State will appoint appropriate representatives of management at each location who will respond to the Union in grievance proceedings or other designated functions and will provide a list of such to the Union.
