By accepting this Purchase Order, Seller represents that it DOES NOT use covered telecommunications equipment or services, or use any equipment system, or service that uses covered telecommunications equipment or services, AND, WILL NOT provide covered telecommunications equipment or services to GD-OTS and/or the U.S. Government in the performance of this contract, subcontract, or other contractual instrument. If the Seller does use covered telecommunications equipment or services OR will provide covered telecommunication equipment or services, then disclosure must be made through GD-OTS per 52.204-24(e).)
