REPRESENTATION/WITNESS LEAVE. Association representative(s) and witness(es) required by the arbitrator shall be granted paid leave to attend grievance arbitration hearings scheduled during workdays. Such leave shall not count against any other leave provided for herein. It is recognized that if a large number of members of the bargaining unit are necessary at an arbitration, said arbitration shall be scheduled at a time other than the school day.
