REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF DISCOUNT.................. Discount represents and warrants to Holding, New Holding, ASCI and Merger Sub that the statements contained in this Article 4 are true and correct, except as set forth herein or as set forth in the disclosure schedule delivered by Discount to Holding on or before the date of this Agreement (the "Discount Disclosure Schedule"). The Discount Disclosure Schedule shall be arranged in paragraphs corresponding to the numbered and lettered sections contained in this Article 4 (and in the other Articles of this Agreement) and the disclosure in any paragraph shall qualify other sections in this Article 4 (and in the other Articles of this Agreement) to the extent that it is readily apparent from a reading of such disclosure that it should also qualify or apply to such other sections.
