REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF SELLER AND THE CITY. Seller makes only the representations and warranties that are set forth in this Article IV related to the Seller. The City makes only the representations and warranties that are set forth in Sections 4.01, 4.02, 4.03, 4.11 and 4.12.
