REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF SELLER CONCERNING THE BUSINESS. Seller represents and warrants to Buyer that the statements contained in this Article IV are correct and complete except as set forth in the schedules delivered by Seller to Buyer on the date hereof (the “Schedules”). The Schedules will be arranged in sections corresponding to the sections contained in this Article IV.
