Representations regarding Personnel. The Sub-Grantee represents that it has, or will secure at its own expense, all personnel required to perform the services under this Agreement. Such personnel shall not be employees of or have any contractual relationship with the City, unless use of City employees or of personnel having a contractual relationship with the City is approved by the City in writing. As set forth above, all the services required hereunder shall be performed by the Sub-Grantee under its supervision and all personnel engaged in the work shall be fully qualified and shall be authorized or permitted under state or local law to perform such services.
