Representations Regarding the Project. The Borrower represents and warrants as of the date hereof that the forecasts, projections and calculations in the Base Case Financial Forecast have been prepared by the Borrower in good faith giving due and careful consideration to all relevant factors and based on assumptions which were reasonable at the time that such forecasts, projections and calculations were prepared, up to and including the date of this Agreement, and there has been nothing since the date such forecasts, projections and calculations were prepared that would make them or the information contained in the Base Case Financial Forecast unreasonable or misleading.
